PowerSNMP for .NET

Getting Started

If you haven’t done so, it’s time to install PowerSNMP for .NET. You should install the sample applications for your preferred programming language. A "PowerSNMP" programming group will be created that includes the "PowerSNMP for .NET" sub-group. From this menu you can access On-Line Help, Sample Applications, and a Registration Application (that helps you install a Development License).

At this point, you can start Visual Studio and add the Agent and Manager components into your toolbox. Just choose the "Components" tab, right-click, and select "Customize Toolbox..." or "Choose Items...". This will provide you with a list of .NET Framework Components that are installed on your system. Select the "Agent" and "Manager" components and add them to your toolbox.

Now you’re ready to start using PowerSNMP for .NET!
