AuthoritativeEngine Class Properties

Boots	Used to get and set the number of boots the authoritative engine wishes to report.
Id	Used to get and set a byte array that identifies the SNMP engine.
StartTime	Used to get and set the starting time of the authoritative engine.
Time	Gets the number of seconds since AuthoritativeEngine.StartTime.
Users	A table of authorized SNMP version 3 users with associated passwords.
